Yes! Join today and start scoring points.

Are there Exercise Demonstration Videos?

Yes! All exercises will have a video demonstration in our easy to use app.

Do I need Access to a Gym?

No! We have programs for all of the follwoing: Gym, At-Home Dumbbell, Bodyweight Only.

What if I Need Help with Something along the Way?

Ricky will be available daily in the PR Fitness League's Private Group.

How does the Point System Work?

You Score Points by: Completing Workouts on PR Fitness App, Completing Cardio/Classes, Tracking Your Nutrition, Getting 10,000+ Steps in per day (You can score up to 4 points per day!)
